Jeff Adams: Mr. Adams has more than two decades of experience as director of maintenance in a 24/7 air ambulance operation. His expertise in CFR Title 14 Part 135 maintenance operations provides the client with a proven background in the formation or critical analysis of maintenance operations. Mr. Adams is also Owner/President of Global Aerospace Training Systems (GATS ) that produces aviation technician instructional systems and products that are being used world wide. He authors manuals for maintenance operations and has obtained approval for several CFR Title 14 Part 135 operators. His practical knowledge and experience as a technician provide the background that allows Trinity Consulting to satisfy the clients demands with effective experience in air taxi operations and product oriented industrial companies.
Rod Alsman: Mr. Alsman is the Owner/Director of Alsman Industrial Training (AIT). His background includes 15 years working in Maintenance and Drafting areas in heavy industry and 7 years of teaching experience in the area of Industrial Technology in a college setting. He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Professional Technology from Indiana State University. He has authored a manual in the field of fluid power technology and is an accredited instructor by the Fluid Power Society. Utilizing his skills and experience allows Trinity Consulting to offer training and training program development to the Manufacturing Industries, as well as curriculum development / training equipment design for educational facilities.
S. Brad Banghart: Mr. Banghart is the Owner/Director of Trinity Consulting and has a proven track record providing quality services for technical training programs, proprietary schools and small business owner/operators. He holds a Masters in Science in Organization and Management and has achieved initial certifications of four (4) CFR Title 14 Part 147 AMT schools and re-certifications of six (6) others. He established a proprietary AMT school in Fresno, California, and has implemented State and Federal approvals for operation of several private and public institutions. Mr. Banghart is a tenured instructor at a California Community College, with disciplines in Aviation, Electronics, Business Administration, and Computer Applications. He currently coordinators various grants and projects for a California Community College. Mr. Banghart has been directly responsible for the development of several corporations and founder/President of a not-for-profit corporation, Interlace Incorporated. The cumulative experience in curriculum development (DACUM certified), needs analysis, strategic planning and business formation provide Trinity Consulting a diverse group of skill sets to offer the client.
George Breckel: Mr. Breckel has been in contract maintenance as an aviation maintenance technician with commercial carriers for over ten years. His experience base ranges from the Boeing 707 to the 747; McDonnell Douglas aircraft DC-8, 9, 10, MD-11; and the Airbus A-300. This practical maintenance base provides the client assurance that air carrier curriculum is in keeping with realistic needs of the technician. Mr. Breckel has contributed significantly in two initial certifications of CFR Title 14 Part 147 AMT programs with a strength in equipment and material acquisition. He has worked as an AMT program director/instructor and has developed curricula related to his expertise. Mr. Breckel is owner of a recreational vehicle repair facility in Colorado and maintains contract services with Trinity Consulting.
Aline M. McRory: Ms. McRory is President of Alpha Millenium International, a Canadian company based in Ottawa, Ontario. Her expertise includes project management in the fields of occupational analysis, occupational and training standards, curriculum development, and course preparation and delivery. Ms. McRory has 5 years experience as Training Coordinator for a Canadian pulp and paper company. Her duties involved the implementation of a quality management system and the development and delivery of industry specific safety training programs. For three and a half years, as Manager of Occupational Standards and Curriculum Development for the Canadian Aviation Maintenance Council (CAMC), she coordinated the development of occupational and training standards for 13 aviation maintenance trades. One of her major assets is her competence in both the French and English languages which is critical when conducting business across Canada. In her most recent function, Ms. McRory manages her own enterprise specializing in Human Resources Planning and Development. She has contracted with the Textiles Human Resources Council, the National Seafood Sector Council and the Canadian Aviation Maintenance Council to conduct occupational and training needs analysis and to develop occupational and training standards. She has most recently prepared a 2-day training program aimed at familiarizing the aerospace industry with the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs). Ms. McRory is a partner in IATS, has contributed to the Aviation Technical Training Proposal and is a strong supporter of aerospace training standards.
