1871 – Born in Porto the ‘Companhia de Seguros Tranquilidade Portuense’ – Insurance Company against Fire’.
2016 – Acquisition of Açoreana Seguros and, at the end of the year, the legal merger of the insurers Tranquilidade and Açoreana was completed, which changed its corporate name to “Seguradoras Unidas, SA”.
