The Whistleblowing Channel is a method for reporting conduct that may be immoral, illegal, in breach of professional standards or inconsistent with AMT Consulting’s Code of Conduct. It can be used for whistleblowing and by whistleblowers.
Before using the Whistleblower Channel, please consider whether or not you can raise your concerns directly with someone at AMT Consulting.
If you don’t feel comfortable doing so or don’t know who to contact, you can report the situation on our Whistleblower Channel, where you can also find information on how AMT Consulting will respond to your complaint or alert.
Please note that the reported situation will be forwarded to an external legal department independent of AMT Consulting, which will review and investigate the situation.
The Whistleblower Channel provides AMT Consulting employees, their clients and others outside the group with a confidential and/or anonymous way, or on a strictly need-to-know basis, to report activity that may involve behavior considered unethical or even illegal, in violation of AMT Consulting’s code of conduct and professional standards. All communications will be carefully analyzed by AMT Consulting.
The Whistleblowing Channel should only be used when all other communication channels with AMT Consulting are unavailable or deemed inappropriate. If you have a concern, please do not hesitate to first contact a partner at AMT Consulting or another professional whom you believe may be able to help with your issue. If you still believe there is a matter to report, then please contact the Whistleblowing Channel.
Communication will take place online. After submitting your complaint, you will receive a response within 5 days confirming that it has been received and will be addressed internally. We may contact you to request further information to support our investigation or to provide an update on the matter. Please note that in some cases, we may be limited in the information we can provide due to the nature of the investigation.
If you request anonymity in your communication, we will respect your decision. However, you should be aware that others who are familiar with the situation may be able to guess your identity. We will handle your complaint confidentially, though it may be necessary in some cases to share certain information with others within or outside of AMT Consulting.
AMT Consulting encourages the reporting of situations or concerns that may be considered unethical or illegal. It is our duty to protect those who raise such concerns from retaliation. Retaliation constitutes a serious breach of our code of conduct, and any retaliation by an AMT Consulting professional, including intimidation, is subject to disciplinary action, which may lead to termination of employment.
The Whistleblowing Channel will be managed by an independent external legal entity. The external legal management ensures full confidentiality and anonymity when requested and will collect information from you and liaise with the appropriate parties within AMT Consulting to carry out the investigation.
Through the Whistleblowing Channel, AMT provides its employees, clients, and external parties with a confidential and anonymous method to report any activities that may involve unethical or even illegal behavior that is not in compliance with AMT Consulting’s code of conduct.
The Whistleblowing Channel is managed by an external legal direction, ensuring full confidentiality and anonymity when requested. The information will be collected from the person reporting through the ethics channel and shared with the appropriate parties at AMT Consulting for follow-up investigation.
Any individual may use AMT Consulting’s Whistleblowing Channel to disclose an offense based on information obtained through their professional activity, regardless of the nature of that activity. In cases where other communication channels do not adequately support the disclosure method required, the Whistleblowing Channel is available.
The Whistleblowing Channel should be used when there is a need to report a well-founded infraction. It is the appropriate channel when other AMT Consulting communication methods do not address the type of disclosure or treatment required by the whistleblower.
Unlike other communication channels within AMT Consulting, the information shared by the whistleblower through the Whistleblowing Channel is not directed to any AMT employee, but rather to an external legal entity independent of AMT Consulting.
