AMT Consulting today presented the new AMT Plugin Quick Entries solution, the first solution to emerge from AMT Consulting’s new area – AMT LABS Cloud Plugins. This is a new cloud extension for Successfactors Employee Central Time Off, developed on SAP Cloud Platform, which will allow Human Resources teams to enter absences simultaneously for several employees, in a simple, fast and intuitive way.
“Managing employee absences can be a time-consuming task, especially in industrial environments where employees may not have easy access to SuccessFactors and where absence recording may be done centrally by the HR team. This application makes the absence management process efficient, so that HR can create value through other activities,” says André Rodrigues, Senior Consultant at AMT Consulting.
The intuitiveness of the application was one of the points most taken into consideration when developing it. It is very easy to access, with a simple mosaic so that HR managers can access the application from the main page. Among other features, in the case of Single Employees, the HR department can now search for and change the employee without having to switch between profiles; they can consult the number of days available to request in each quota, already taking into account absence requests for future dates; easily submit any absence; and immediately confirm the recording of messages after submitting absences.
In the case of Multiple Employees, they can easily select the target population by organizational structure (Company, Directorate, Department or Location), exclude exception employees by simply searching for them, and follow a step-by-step process that can guide them in recording absences massively for multiple employees.
“All these options above are functionalities that are not available in SAP SuccessFactors, namely Successfactors Employee Central Time Off, and which this Plugin brings to companies’ HR managers, making their work more efficient. This is the main objective of this new area of AMT, AMT LABS Cloud Plugins, which will present ready-to-use applications that can be coupled with existing SAP Cloud solutions, namely SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP S/4 and SAP SCP, among others,” says Hélder Grilo, managing director of AMT Consulting.
